September 11, 2001-- Never Forgotten by bbjs September 11, 2001-- Never Forgotten by bbjs
On September 11, 2001, many innocent civilians and public workers fell victim to the terrorist attack on September 11th, 2001, dubbed "9/11" . On this day, the 10th anniversary in respect to the people who lost their lives that day, I pray for the victims and their families.

This is an amazing tribute, i wish nothing like 9/11 will ever happen again, although it probably will. Another scary thing is that the planes the terrorists took over were United Airlines and American Airlines (lookat the names)

I pray for all the souls and families of the souls , and I didn't know about it until like 5 days ago. It was scary to hear about it . I wasn't born yet . And they did it that day because look at this.

Beautiful tribute... My family was lucky enough that my aunt and my cousin (only 5 at the time) got out in time.... I pray for all the souls lost on this tragic day

One could wish it had never happened, that all those people were still alive and with their families today. But then we never would have seen the bravery a shattered city of ordinary people could display when faced with such a tragedy. We would never have seen how hopeful, kind and compassionate normal people can be at the drop of a hat. I can be proud to recall that when the towers fell, the city wasn't thrown into chaos, but managed to step up and band together in true American spirit. So, in the names of all the people, both alive and dead, I salute the memory of the Twin Towers.

honestly it doesn't really matter who made the pic... the point was to remember and honor those who lost their lives and the families who lost loved ones...

Touching and beautiful... Only problem is, I'm afraid it's not you who made this photo. It's been on few sites since 2006, in better quality and bigger size (just google wtc outline). I really hope I'm wrong.

This was in a flash drive I found left in a 9/11 tribute when I went to visit the memorial personally for an old acquaintance. I'm not sure who it belonged to or if it was even an art but I felt it was worth uploading just for reminders of 9/11. I'd add proper credits if I even knew who made it :/

A different kind of tribute.

I was due to make a run from Linden, NJ to Connecticut that day. It took longer than usual for me to load my truck, so I first heard what had happened on the radio, otherwise I might have had a wonderful (ugh!) view of the planes hitting the TwinTowers. Ever since I have felt somewhat like Rip Van Winkle.
